Responsibilities

• Generate pitch material that is clear, structured, and addresses clients’ needs.
• Lead the preparation of marketing documents (market updates, peer analyses, pricing indications).
• Monitor primary market developments and relevant capital markets data.
• Assist in end-to-end execution of transactions from origination through closing.
• Produce bespoke analyses for clients and conduct regular research on product developments.

ResponsibilitiesIn terms of debt origination, DCM’s activity covers issuance of bonds across the capital structure, including senior and subordinated debt, covered bonds, green, sustainable, and sustainability-linked, in addition to ESG, balance sheet, capital and liability management advisory. DCM’s activity also covers transaction management advisory.
