Mako is seeking inquisitive graduates to join our trading team as Graduate Traders in Sydney. You will be introduced to a fast-paced real-time environment and participate in a rotational training programme that covers all aspects of trading.

You will work closely with senior traders, study options theory, and take part in mock floor-trading sessions in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. Only candidates with full Australian working rights will be considered; visa holders cannot be

Qualifications

• Demonstrates high mathematical ability.
• Degree in STEM field or equivalent.
• Programming experience with Python and VBA.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotational training to learn all aspects of trading.
• Work with Senior Traders to gain hands-on experience in options trading.
• Rotate across desks to gain exposure to a wide range of product areas.
• Contribute ideas to improve trading strategies and processes.
