Job summary

GHD is offering a 2027 Graduate cohort in Western Australia, anchored in the Architecture & Structures teams. Based in Perth, you’ll join a two-year graduate development program launching February 2027 to kick‑start your consulting career alongside mentors and peers.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across structural projects, collaborate with architects and engineers, and use digital tools while building your technical skills and industry knowledge for long-term growth at GHD.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of structural engineering projects.
• Assist with technical calculations, reports and project documentation.
• Work with architects, engineers and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical solutions.
• Use engineering software and digital tools to support project delivery.
• Participate in design reviews, site visits and team meetings.
• Contribute to projects across a range of buildings and infrastructure sectors.
• Build your technical skills through hands-on project experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies and engineering standards.
