Job summary

GHD in Western Australia invites Australian Citizen graduates to join our 2027 Graduate cohort, commencing in February 2027. The two-year development program offers hands-on experience across planning, delivery and coordination of projects with mentors across disciplines.

You will collaborate with clients, project teams and stakeholders, support reporting and documentation, and build core project management skills through on-site engagement, workshops and site visits.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship is required.
• Based in Western Australia.
• Two-year Graduate Development Program commencing February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of projects from inception to completion.
• Assist with project coordination, reporting and documentation.
• Work with clients, project teams and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings, workshops and site visits.
• Contribute to projects across industries and sectors.
• Build project management skills through hands-on experience.
