Sedgman, a CIMIC Group company, invites graduates to join its two-year CIMIC Group Graduate Program. You will rotate through placements in CPB Contractors, Sedgman or UGL, gaining exposure to iconic construction and mineral processing projects across Australia.
Throughout the program you will receive structured on-the-job training, guided learning plans and leadership mentoring, with two one-year site rotations and real opportunities to develop engineering and project delivery skills.
