Job summary

Sedgman, a CIMIC Group company, invites graduates to join its two-year CIMIC Group Graduate Program. You will rotate through placements in CPB Contractors, Sedgman or UGL, gaining exposure to iconic construction and mineral processing projects across Australia.

Throughout the program you will receive structured on-the-job training, guided learning plans and leadership mentoring, with two one-year site rotations and real opportunities to develop engineering and project delivery skills.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2026 in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Willingness to relocate to various sites as rotations occur.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in working on major construction and mineral processing projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two 1-year rotations across roles and projects.
• Receive structured on-the-job training and leadership mentoring.
