Healthcarelink Support is seeking a New Graduate Speech Pathologist for a structured graduate program starting January 2026 in Toowoomba. You will work across paediatric and adult clients with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, and therapy within a supportive team.

The role offers a comprehensive induction, staggered caseload, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to shadow experienced clinicians while developing skills and confidence in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Be graduating from a recognised Speech Pathology degree in 2025.
• Eligible for full membership with Speech Pathology Australia before commencing.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and work within a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Obtain Disability Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, and Medicare Provider Number.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for paediatric and adult clients.
• Manage a varied caseload with structured supervision and mentoring.
