Job summary

National 360 invites graduates to join the 360 GO Graduate Program in Perth, starting in 2027. This 12-month bridge from university offers structured learning, clinical mentorship, and the freedom to build your practice.

The program supports observational sessions, joint appointments, and MDT collaboration within a community-based care model. The role emphasizes supervision, ongoing development, and transitioning into independent practice, with opportunities across our clinics and telehealth

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist or near graduation.
• SPA registration in progress.
• Genuine interest in community healthcare.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with supervision.
• Support clients in the community, at home, in clinic spaces or via telehealth.
• Attend 1:1 or group supervision with your Clinical Supervisor.
• Prepare for appointments, write reports and complete case notes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to make a real impact.
