APM's Early Start Australia graduate program in Somerville offers a 12‑month pathway from student to independent therapist. You will receive structured induction, weekly supervision, and a buddy, while delivering evidence‑based therapy and building family partnerships.

The role supports children’s development, includes diagnostic assessments, and a clear progression from graduate to independent clinician with CPD opportunities and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with current SPA registration.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with families.
• Ability to work with children and across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams using a transdisciplinary approach.
• Monitor progress, adapt therapy programs, and maintain documentation.
