Job summary

APM Group is offering an Early Start Australia Graduate program at our Strathpine clinic. You’ll gain structured induction, clinical skills training and weekly supervision while growing from student to independent clinician.

The 12-month program includes a buddy system, dedicated supervision, CPD allowance and opportunities for progression within a multidisciplinary team. Relocation support is available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Speech Pathology degree and SPA registration are required.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
• NDIS worker screening, police check and WWCC/WWVP where applicable.
• Current first aid and CPR certification are preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Excellent observation and report writing abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments (formal and informal).
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with family goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor progress and adapt therapy programs as needed.
• Provide education and home-based support to families.
• Maintain documentation and NDIA/NDIS records within required timeframes.
• Build relationships with schools and health professionals to support outcomes.
