Job summary

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress Aboriginal Corporation invites a Speech Pathologist to support Aboriginal children and families in Alice Springs. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to optimise development and facilitate access to NDIS for children with developmental and learning disorders.

The role requires a degree in Speech Pathology, eligibility for membership, knowledge of child development and the ability to travel to remote locations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology with eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Aboriginal children aged 0–18 and their families to optimise development.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, manage and support access to the NDIS for children with developmental and learning disorders.
