Are you a soon-to-be or recently graduated Speech Pahtologist wanting to start your career in a supportive NDIS setting?

Join our multi-disciplinary team and gain clinical experience while making a different to the lives of people with disability!

We offer a structured New Graduate Program designed to help you transition into clinical practice with a step by step program designed to help you grow into your practice as a Speech Pathologist.

About the role

As part of our collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll provide person-centred speech pathology care while developing your skills across a diverse NDIS caseload.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Conduct assessments to identify clients' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct therapy to clients, utilising evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate clients and their families about communication strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

• A relevant degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification.
• Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
