Early Start Australia is offering a 12‑month graduate program to support new graduates from student to independent clinician. Expect structured induction with clinical skills training, a buddy, clinician shadowing, weekly supervision, and a clear ramp‑up to managing your own caseload.
You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team at the Caroline Springs clinic, delivering early intervention speech pathology services, completing assessments, and building family‑centred plans.
