Metro North Health is offering a structured Social Work Graduate program in Brisbane, providing supervision and mentorship from experienced clinicians. You will rotate across hospital and community settings, build clinical skills, and participate in ongoing professional development.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care, engage families, and develop independent clinical judgement under supervision as you progress.

Qualificações

• Ability to apply clinical judgement under supervision as experience grows.
• Ability to liaise with patients, families and other health professionals.
• Active participation in supervision to maintain professional standards.
