Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain shareholder records and ensure registry data accuracy.
• Monitor the Share Registry inbox and respond to queries.
• Assist with share offers, share sales and dividend payment processes.
• Support shareholder loan administration and receipting.
• Assist with electronic filing and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with Share Registrars and engage with senior stakeholders.
