Job summary

Great Southern Bank invites graduates to join an 18-month Graduate Program designed to uncover strengths and preferences through three six-month rotations across different areas of the bank.

You’ll work on real projects from day one, contribute ideas, and learn from experienced colleagues while taking part in structured development, coaching and networking opportunities to build your confidence and career.

Qualifications

• Completed undergraduate degree or working towards one within eligibility for the intake.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, embrace new experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to contribute ideas.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real projects and challenges from day one.
• Engage in three 6-month rotations across different areas.
• Share ideas and collaborate with teams and leaders.
• Build relationships across the organisation and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of work and deliver quality outcomes.
• Participate in structured learning, development, coaching and networking.
• Apply learnings across rotations to new challenges and opportunities.
• Transition from the program into an ongoing career.
