Job summary

UnitingCare invites applications for a Graduate Registered Nurse program in Queensland. The 12-month program leads to a permanent part-time role offering 32 hours per week, with a starting remuneration of 42.50 AUD per hour plus super and not-for-profit salary packaging and penalties & allowances.

The commencement date is 1 February 2027, with strong graduate support, educators and a focus on developing safe, person-centred care and collaborative teamwork across services.

Qualifications

• To hold registration with AHPRA by 1 February 2027.
• Bachelor of Nursing completed between January 2026 and February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, holistic person-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Consolidate nursing skills and learning during the 12-month program.
• Apply best clinical practice and maintain a safe environment for patients.
