UnitingCare Queensland invites applications for the Graduate Registered Nurse Program starting February 2027. This 12-month, permanent part-time role offers 32 hours per week with a starting rate of $42.50 per hour plus super, penalties and benefits in a not-for-profit setting.

You will develop your nursing practice in a hospital team, supported by educators and leaders, while delivering safe, person-centred care and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues across UnitingCare Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing completed between January 2026 and February 2027.
• AHPRA registration by 1 February 2027.
• Eligibility to commence program on 1 February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and holistic person-centred care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support patients.
• Apply best clinical practice and infection control requirements.
