RSM Australia is seeking a Graduate in Risk Advisory Services (Internal Audit & Risk). You will work alongside experienced professionals to help clients identify, assess and manage risks that affect their business from strategic, operational and technical perspectives.

You will gain exposure to diverse industries and develop governance, compliance and risk management expertise while contributing to projects that enhance organisational resilience and performance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with good academic performance.
• Interest in risk, governance, internal audit and process improvement.
• Eligibility to undertake professional qualifications such as CIA, CA or CPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing risk assessments and internal audits across various industry sectors.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for process improvement.
• Assist in preparing clear, concise reports and recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high quality engagement.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to internal presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and good practices.
