Qualifications

• Essential: 4+ years’ internal audit and risk advisory experience in professional services.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to manage independent and team-based work streams.
• Strong report writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with governance, compliance and control testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal audit, compliance and advisory engagements across multiple projects.
• Lead, mentor and train team members while ensuring quality and methodology adherence.
• Prepare engagement budgets, monitor costs and manage resourcing.
• Conduct technical and operational reviews across diverse client profiles.
• Develop client systems and internal control understanding.
• Produce high-quality electronic working papers for review.
• Draft practical internal audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Identify issues and propose client-forward solutions with engagement leaders.
• Build relationships with clients at senior levels and support business development.
• Deliver client and team presentations and stay updated on industry trends.
