This entry-level role offers mentorship, a structured development path, and hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle, with hybrid work from our Sydney office and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, civil or environmental engineering or related field.
• Interest in renewable energy and the clean energy transition.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort with data and spreadsheets.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to simplify technical topics.
• Initiative and curiosity; take ownership and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering design and technical reviews for solar, wind and BESS projects.
• Prepare energy yield assessments and site evaluations.
• Assist with grid connection applications and coordinate with operators and AEMO processes.
• Review technical submittals from EPC contractors, consultants and equipment suppliers.
• Support construction and commissioning; travel to project sites across Australia.
• Analyze performance data from operating assets and propose improvements.
• Contribute to tools, templates and standards used by the team.
