Gibraltar Radiology Pty Ltd in Bowral is seeking a graduate radiographer who will start once registered. You will be trained on GE CT & MRI systems and work with a small, collaborative team in a new facility.

The role offers flexibility from one to five days per week, with 5 weeks leave and paid CPD leave. Ideal candidates will have completed an accredited diagnostic radiography degree, be eligible for AHPRA registration, and hold NSW radiation licences.

Graduate Radiographer: Start Once Registered, CT & MRI Training, Bowral

Gibraltar Radiology is an independent practice in Bowral, in the NSW Southern Highlands. Its two radiologists own it and work on site. Our brand-new rooms at 113 Bowral St have a GE Revolution Apex CT (one of the market's leading cardiac CT scanners) and a new GE MRI scanner, plus Fuji general X-ray and GE ultrasound, on Sectra PACS and Karisma RIS.

Our case mix is complex CT and MRI, including specialist MRI, cardiac CT and cardiac MRI, plus image-guided procedures. We are a small, collaborative team with no hierarchy: you will work directly with approachable radiologists and have real input into our protocols and workflows.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a graduate radiographer to start as soon as you are registered. If you already hold AHPRA registration, you can start now; if you are finishing your degree, you can start once your registration comes through. This is a permanent position, full-time or part-time: anything from one to five days a week, with 5 weeks of annual leave a year (above the award, pro rata for part-time) plus paid CPD and CPD leave.

There is no gatekeeping here. Supported by our Chief Radiographer and the wider team, you will be trained on our new GE scanners across X-ray, CT and MRI, including cardiac and specialist work, and graduates can get across everything quickly. Few graduate roles offer that this early.

We currently operate Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with realistic workloads and the Southern Highlands lifestyle. We are within commuting distance of Goulburn, Wollondilly, Macarthur and the Illawarra.

ABOUT YOU

• Completing, or recently completed, an accredited diagnostic radiography degree
• Registered, or eligible for registration, with AHPRA as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (diagnostic radiography) by your start date
• Eligible for a NSW EPA radiation licence
• Keen to learn CT and MRI
• Current CPR (or willing to obtain)
• NSW Working with Children Check and National Police Check
