Job summary

Coles Group offers a two-year Graduate Program with hands-on learning and functional rotations, with a longer path of three years forFinance graduates. You will tackle real deliverables and own projects from day one.

Across in-store and online experiences, the program emphasizes growth, accountability, and a strong support network. Hybrid work is available (3 days in-office, 2 days from home) during the program.

Qualifications

• Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency at time of application.
• Have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program.

Responsibilities

• Real deliverables with clear ownership and accountability through functional rotations.
• Two-year program with hands-on learning and a tailored development plan; Finance grads rotate for three years.
• In year two, participate in the Innovation Project and present to executives.

About the Program

From day one as a Coles Group Graduate, you’ll feel the connection your work has to our purpose of "helping Australians eat and live better every day". Our award-winning Grad Program offers two years (three years for Finance Graduates) of hands-on learning designed to help you grow and the opportunity to take on meaningful work and make an impact.

You will play a role in providing food, drink and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable and healthy for our customers; and ensuring to deliver a consistent experience for our customers every day, both in-store and online.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Hold an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold a permanent residency at the time of application
• Have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program
