Job summary

Coles Group Graduate program in Australia offers a two-year, hands-on learning path to develop future leaders. You will rotate across functions, owning real deliverables with accountability as you learn and grow through rotations, plus a dedicated Innovation Project in year two.

There is a hybrid work option, with three days in the office and two days working from home, along with structured development and mentorship to help you progress within Coles' purpose of helping Australians eat and live

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed before commencing the program.
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Two-year program with hands-on learning and real deliverables across functional rotations.
• Clear ownership and accountability in assigned projects and outcomes.
• Participation in the Innovation Project in year two to solve a genuine business challenge.

Our award-winning Grad Program offers two years (three years for Finance Graduates) of hands‑on learning designed to help you grow and the opportunity to take on meaningful work and make an impact.

You will play a role in providing food, drink and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable and healthy for our customers; and ensuring to deliver a consistent experience for our customers every day, both in-store and online.

Eligibility Criteria

• Hold an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold a permanent residency at the time of application
• Have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program
