What opportunity do we provide?

Our Functional Consultants advise customers adopting cloud-based SAP products on optimal solutions to align business requirements and configure to the best SAP practices. In your role as a Functional Consultant in our Graduate Program you will collaborate with clients and other consultants to identify, design and implement optimal SAP solutions. As a Functional Consultant you will develop an area of Subject Matter Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors.

Our Functional Consultants can expect to:

• Assist with the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors or S/4HANA Cloud solutions
• Developing knowledge of:
  • product capability, including Discovery or other relevant products
  • release update processes
  • standard documentation requirements in accordance with Discovery best practices
  • standard Discovery software, tools and reference sources used to deliver work tasks.
• Be part of and learn from some of Australia’s leading SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA Cloud platform experts
• Achieve SAP certification in an area that interests you and aligns with business needs
• Have hands on experience working on implementations nationally configuring solutions for our customers
• Develop and progress a SAP Consultant career and deep product understanding
