Job summary

APT Travel Group is seeking graduates for its Generalist Graduate Program for 2027. The two-year program offers rotations across diverse departments, mentorship from senior management, and direct access to the CEO & COO for guidance.

You'll gain hands-on experience while traveling and contributing to strategic initiatives. Applicants should have a relevant Bachelor's degree, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, and show evidence of a strong work ethic through internships or volunteering.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or graduating with a Bachelor's in Marketing, Finance, Business, Information Technology, Digital, or a related discipline.
• Passionate, driven, and adaptable with intellectual curiosity and strong academics.
• Strong work ethic demonstrated through internships, study abroad programs, volunteering, or work experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work full-time starting Feb 2027.

APT Travel Group’s two-year Graduate Program offers the unique opportunity to travel and experience our products first-hand. Graduates will have direct access to senior management and one-to-one mentorship, fast-tracking their success as future leaders.

By joining ATG’s Generalist Graduate Program, you may complete rotations across a diverse range of business units, including:

• Marketing
• Operations
• Product

Our graduates collaborate with key business functions, working on projects that develop and execute strategic visions. This includes identifying and solving complex problems through data gathering, analysis, and proposing effective recommendations and solutions.

Throughout your rotations, you will fill real roles, gaining insights into post-program life. Your passion and curiosity will invigorate departments, encouraging bold thinking and excellence.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
