Standards Australia is offering a Graduate Program 2027 in Development & Growth based in Sydney. The program features 12-month rotations across core business functions, starting in either Commercial or Strategic Initiatives and International, with a path to a permanent role in Development & Growth.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to national and international projects, helping shape Australia’s future through standards development.

Qualifications

• Final year student or completed degree within the past three years.
• Strong communication skills and thrive in team environments.
• Passion for innovation and collaboration.
• Curiosity, adaptability and initiative with a positive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of strategic and international projects aligned with national goals.
• Assist in identifying and validating new commercial opportunities.
• Contribute to development of new services and offerings.
• Build understanding of the company’s commercial operations across teams.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across industry, government and international bodies.
• Shadow Strategic Managers to understand market research and support insights.
• Provide general project support.
