Job summary

Glencore is seeking graduating or recently graduated students to join a Graduate Program commencing February 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in contracts, procurement and commercial activities within a site-based team, with real responsibility from day one.

The program offers structured development, exposure to multiple operations, and a pathway to a permanent role across locations in NSW and QLD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws or related discipline (completed before commencement).
• Strong interest in contracts, procurement and commercial activities.
• Ability to work Safely and contribute to safety culture.

About the Role

As a Graduate Contracts Officer, you will be offered a permanent position within our site-based teams, supporting a number of functional areas. You will gain hands-on experience across procurement, contracts and commercial activities, including:

• Contract drafting and contract administration
• Supporting tender processes and responding to tender enquiries
• Assisting leaders with contract works across site operations
• Supporting contract management activities to ensure legal and procedural compliance
• Providing advice to suppliers and maintaining accurate procurement and contract records

About You

• Qualified with a Bachelor of Laws or a related discipline (completed prior to commencement)
