Qualifications

• Have completed your law degree prior to February 2027.
• Demonstrate passion for social justice and interest in plaintiff law.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent client service.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in Shine’s areas of practice.
• Diversity of experience and evidence of volunteering or community work.
• Active membership in professional associations is favourable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in representing clients under the guidance of a senior practitioner.
• Develop ability to assess claims, including liability and quantum.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and peers through effective communication.
• Prepare legal documentation and help manage a file load with commercial awareness.
