Job summary

My Future Therapy PTY LTD is seeking a Graduate or Licensed Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist or Physiotherapist to join our NDIS Community Team in Sydney, NSW. The role offers a contract basis with 30+ hours per week and room for growth.

You will work under the executive management team, collaborate with families, and support multidisciplinary care across settings. Ideal candidates include new graduates with clinical skills, documentation ability, and a passion for evidence-based

Qualifications

• New Graduate Occupational Therapist—Graduating by end of 2026.
• Minimum 1 year experience for OT, Speech Pathologist and Physiotherapist; independence preferred.
• Experience in NDIS, HCP, hospital, clinic, aged care or pediatrics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under directives of Executive Management Team.
• Facilitate group and individual leisure and lifestyle programs.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and the MDT.
