Job summary

Everyday Independence offers a comprehensive graduate program for Occupational Therapy graduates in Maitland/Beresfield, providing structured supervision and development to help you build confidence and clinical skills. Participants receive support to deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, and communities.

You'll work in a values-driven team with opportunities for professional growth, flexible arrangements, and tools to boost your impact, including supervision and mentee pairing.

Qualifications

• A recently completed Occupational Therapy degree and current (or pending) AHPRA registration.
• Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• A valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to work in community settings.

Location - Maitland (Beresfield)

Employment Type - Full time, Part time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight

Salary - $80,104.00 - $84,609.85 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

Supervision and Support - Structured support and supervision from supervisors, team leaders and peers
