Everyday Independence in Bendigo offers a 12‑month Graduate Occupational Therapist program, providing 1:1 clinical supervision and mentoring within a social‑model approach. You’ll deliver meaningful, evidence‑based therapy across homes, schools and communities.

The role supports graduates with comprehensive induction, structured learning, and professional development, with flexible full/part‑time options and competitive salary plus super, vehicle options, laptop and mobile.

Competenze

• A recently completed Occupational Therapy degree.
• Current (or pending) AHPRA registration.

Job title – Graduate Occupational Therapist

Location – Bendigo

Employment Type – Full time, Part time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight

Salary –$80,104.00 – $84,609.85 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

Supervision and Support – Structured support and supervision from supervisors, team leaders and peers

What You’ll Need

• A recently completed Occupational Therapy degree and current (or pending) AHPRA registration
