The role provides structured induction, supervision and a broad clinical experience in home and community settings, with opportunities for professional development and a salary packaging option.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2026 or recently completed Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy.
• Hold, or be eligible for, AHPRA registration.

Responsabilités

• Conduct holistic assessments and create person-centred intervention plans.
• Build capability in home modifications, equipment prescription, functional and cognitive assessment, rehabilitation and reablement.
• Work with functional, neurological and musculoskeletal presentations across community settings.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team, including case conferences.
• Help older people adapt to changes in function, achieve meaningful goals and remain safe and independent at home.
• Contribute to innovative projects, including technology-enabled care.
