A leading aged care provider is seeking a Registered Nurse to ensure quality patient care in various settings including Rehabilitation and Palliative Care. The role starts in March 2026 and offers opportunities to work across multiple sites. The Registered Nurse works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure safe, effective and quality patient care. This will be 12 month full-time roles starting in March 2026.
Works within the scope of professional nursing practice.
To contribute as a team member and promote the mission and mission in action.
Rotate through Rehab, Palliative Care and Older Peoples Mental Health across our Greenwich, Neringah and Braeside sites.
Eligibility to register with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work within a team.
Demonstrated understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role.
Demonstrated understanding of the role in applying continuous improvement to quality and safety.
Demonstrated understanding of the HammondCare Mission in Action, purpose and values
