About the Role

The Registered Nurse works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure safe, effective and quality patient care. This will be 12 month full-time roles starting in March 2026.

The essence of this role
  • Works within the scope of professional nursing practice.

  • To contribute as a team member and promote the mission and mission in action.

  • Rotate through Rehab, Palliative Care and Older Peoples Mental Health across our Greenwich, Neringah and Braeside sites.

  • Eligibility to register with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

  • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team.

  • Demonstrated understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role.

  • Demonstrated understanding of the role in applying continuous improvement to quality and safety.

  • Demonstrated understanding of the HammondCare Mission in Action, purpose and values
