Boeing Defence Australia is seeking talented Graduate Mechanical and Aerospace Engineers to join our 24‑month Graduate Program in January 2027, based in Adelaide, Brisbane and Williamtown. The program offers a permanent full‑time position with a solid career foundation across multiple engineering units.

As a graduate engineer you will work on projects spanning E-7A Wedgetail, MQ-28 Ghost Bat, Sustainment, and Joint Systems, using CAD/FEA/CFD to design, model and validate mechanical solutions

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a tertiary degree qualification in engineering, computer science or information technology (or have an anticipated graduation date before January 2027).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, modification and integration of mechanical products including mounting hardware, packaging solutions and thermal management solutions.
• Contribute to the design, modelling and analysis of mechanical products and systems using 3D CAD, FEA and CFD tools.
• Contribute to the development of engineering documentation and support configuration management of system hardware.
• Communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a conscientious and inclusive way to successfully deliver innovative solutions to the Australian Defence Force.
