Qualifications

• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end.

This is a full-time position based in Sydney NSW, offering an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career developer to build and expand their technical expertise in a dynamic, collaborative environment. As a Graduate Level Full Stack Developer, you will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, contributing to the development and maintenance of web applications and digital solutions that support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies

Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that follows industry best practices

Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product teams to translate requirements into functional solutions

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack

Assist in the design and implementation of database schemas and optimisations

Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications and system architectures

Support the deployment and testing of applications in various environments

What we’re looking for

A recent graduate or early-career developer with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience

Proficiency in at least one front-end framework or library (such as React, Vue.js, or Angular)

Solid understanding of back-end development principles and experience with server-side languages (such as Python, Node.js, Java, or C#)

Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases

Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Desirable: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), API development, or agile development methodologies
