Job summary

DBI Design on the Gold Coast is seeking a graduate Interior Designer with up to 2 years of experience to join our studio. You will work with our team on a range of exciting projects and begin developing your skill set from day one.

You will contribute across all project stages, from concept design through development documentation and site reviews, in a full-time Monday–Friday role with an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, InDesign and AutoCAD

Job description

DBI is a multi-disciplinary design firm specialising in Interior Design, Architecture and Landscape Architecture.

We are seeking a graduate Interior Designer or Interior Designer with up to 2 years’ experience to work on a range of exciting projects out of ourGold Coast Studio.

With an immediate start, the successful candidate will be working alongside our team of designers to grow their skill set.

As an all rounder, you will be involved in all stages of a project, from concept design, design development documentation and site reviews.

This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.

To be successful in this role you must be acollaborative and motivated person demonstrating the following:

• Recognised academic (Bachelor Degree) qualifications in Interior Design
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills
• Sound knowledge of Revit and InDesign
• Sound knowledge in AutoCAD
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage a varied workload
• Ability to work to deadlines
