Job summary

Morrow Geotechnics Pty Ltd is seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in 2026. You will work in the field, mentored by experienced Geotechnical Engineers and Engineering Geologists, building practical site experience toward more technical responsibilities.

You will gain exposure to geotechnical investigations, groundwater and monitoring projects, and progressively develop reporting and analytical skills in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform hands-on fieldwork and site inspections.
• Ability to record and report field data accurately.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geotechnical site investigations, including drilling supervision and logging.
• Assist with construction-phase geotechnical inspections and monitoring.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting under supervision.
