Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland is offering a Graduate Enrolled Nurse Program starting February 2027. The 12-month program leads to a permanent part-time role (0.8 FTE) delivering safe, holistic patient care in a supportive team environment.

Nurses will gain diverse clinical experience, supervision, and ongoing learning opportunities within a not-for-profit health system. Applicants must have completed their Diploma of Nursing between June 2025 and February 2027, hold AHPRA registration by February 1,

• Remuneration: $36.56 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

Over the course of our 12-month program (permanent role), you can expect to be exposed to varied and exciting clinical work. You will be provided the support and opportunity to consolidate your Nursing skills and learning, to deliver safe and holistic person-centred care, apply best clinical practice and ensure a safe environment for our patients. Working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, you will apply your exceptional communication and customer service skills.
