Queensland Rail invites graduates to join its two-year Graduate Program starting February 2028 in Brisbane. The program provides structured development, mentoring from seasoned engineers, and exposure to major infrastructure projects that benefit communities.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will design, maintain and improve engineering systems, work with multidisciplinary teams, and gain practical site exposure while building valuable stakeholder relationships in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering fields by end of 2027.
• Strong academics and genuine passion for engineering.
• Willingness to learn from new experiences and challenge the status quo.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the design, maintenance and improvement of engineering systems and assets.
• Support projects to improve safety, reliability and performance of assets across QLD.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including signalling, rollingstock, asset management and project delivery.
