The Roles

Middleton Group is currently recruiting for graduate roles in electrical and civil engineering.

Responsibility

• Collaborate closely with senior staff.
• Take charge of projects with minimal complexity.
• Assist in planning projects and subtasks.
• Focus on immediate or assigned tasks, with limited external planning required.
• Make significant contributions to project milestones.

Technical Skills and Guidance

• Applies fundamental concepts and techniques of Engineering.
• Operates under close supervision.
• Adheres to well-established practices and defined scope of work.
• Receives frequent review of work.
• Demonstrates initiative in moderate problem solving within assigned tasks.

Communication and Interpersonal skills

• Proficient in clear written communication (e.g. emails, memos, explanations, drawings).
• Capable of effectively explaining work to both supervisors and colleagues within the group.
• Demonstrates strong collaboration skills, working effectively with peers.

Education

Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from an accredited university.
