Job summary

VINCI in Brisbane is seeking a Graduate Remedial Engineer to join our on-site team and begin a career focused on remedial construction and asset rehabilitation. You will work with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, contractors and clients to support the delivery of remedial projects across commercial, industrial and infrastructure assets.

You will gain practical site delivery and coordination skills, with exposure to concrete repairs, protective coatings and façade works, backed by mentoring

Qualifications

• Recently completed a degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering.
• Strong interest in construction, remediation, and project delivery.
• Enjoy working in a hands-on site environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Current Australian driver's licence or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of remedial projects on-site from commencement through to completion.
• Conduct site inspections and condition assessments.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Assist with cost tracking, procurement, and scheduling activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Support project managers in the successful execution of remedial works.

Are you a recent Civil or Structural Engineering graduate who enjoys being on-site, solving problems, and seeing projects come to life? We're seeking a motivated Graduate Remedial Engineer to join our Brisbane team and develop their career in remedial and asset rehabilitation projects.

About The Role

This is a hands-on, site-based position where you'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, contractors, and clients to support the delivery of remedial construction projects across commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure assets.

You’ll gain valuable exposure to concrete repairs, structural remediation, waterproofing, protective coatings, façade repairs, and asset maintenance projects while building practical project delivery and site management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of remedial projects on-site from commencement through to completion.
