Vertiv's Early Career Development Program (PAVE) in Sydney invites recent graduates to a structured 12-month journey blending engineering training, hands-on projects, and rotations across Vertiv's data-centre infrastructure solutions.

You will gain exposure to critical power, thermal management, and customer projects while receiving mentorship from senior engineers and progressing toward potential permanent roles in engineering, technical services, or project management.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of work experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and passion for innovation.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in critical infrastructure and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 12-month development journey with training, rotations and hands-on learning.
• Engage in engineering assignments and technical solution development.
• Gain exposure to project support activities and customer/field experiences.
