Job summary

Aestra PTY LTD is seeking a Graduate Advisor to join its Environmental Impact Assessment team in Canberra, with flexibility for part-time or remote work.

The successful candidate will contribute to strategic advice, regulatory submissions and EIA reports, supported by a small, collaborative team and leadership from the Director of EIA. Australian citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in environmental field.
• Australian Citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance.
• Aptitude to learn quickly and think critically.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of strategic client advice across government and industry.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to deliver polished reports.
• Assist with environmental impact assessment including analysis of environment and heritage values.
• Support responses to requests for quotation and business development tasks.
