Job summary

TechnologyOne is seeking graduates or early-career developers to join the DxP Platform team in Brisbane. You will work across the full stack, building React front-ends and scalable .NET services powering a global SaaS ERP.

Recent graduates or those with a few years of experience will learn on real production systems, contribute to core frameworks, and grow into senior technical roles while exposed to Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science or software engineering.
• Fundamental programming concepts and software design skills.
• Experience with React/Typescript and .NET/C# is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build modern front-end experiences using React and Typescript.
• Develop and evolve .NET/C# services and APIs.
• Contribute to shared frameworks and components for product teams.
• Write clean, well-tested code and operate software in production at scale.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams to solve problems.

Whether you're a recent graduate or have up to a few years of industry experience, this role gives you the chance to work on real production systems from day one. The code you write won't sit on the sidelines-it will help shape the core frameworks, services, and components that hundreds of developers across TechnologyOne rely on every day.

What you'll be doing…

• Building modern, responsive front-end experiences using React and Typescript, with a focus on reusability
  
• Developing and evolving .NET/C# services and APIs that are reliable, secure, and scalable.
  
• Growing a deep understanding of the platform's design and architecture, and how large-scale SaaS systems are built.
  
• Contributing to shared frameworks, libraries, and components that make life easier for product teams.
  
• Writing clean, well-tested code and learning how to operate software in production at scale.
  
• Collaborating closely with experienced engineers, architects, business analysts, and product teams to solve real problems.
  
• Learning how to design for performance, resilience, and maintainability in distributed systems and cloud environments.
  
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Experience (through work, internships, or projects) with React and Typescript and/or .NET/C#.
  
• A solid understanding of software fundamentals: data structures, APIs, version control, and testing.
  
• Pride in your code and a desire to continuously improve it.
  
• Curiosity, persistence, and the confidence to ask questions and take on new challenges.
  
• Desirable technical experience in any of Containerisation (Docker), Kubernetes and AWS Cloud.
