Job summary

Glencore is seeking graduating or recently graduated students to join a Graduate Program commencing February 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in contracts, procurement and commercial activities within a site-based team, with real responsibility from day one.

The program offers structured development, exposure to multiple operations, and a pathway to a permanent role across locations in NSW and QLD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws or related discipline (completed before commencement).
• Strong interest in contracts, procurement and commercial activities.
• Ability to work Safely and contribute to safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Draft and administer contracts across site operations.
• Support tenders and respond to tender enquiries.
• Assist leaders with contract works and procurement records.
• Support contract management to ensure legal and procedural compliance.
• Provide advice to suppliers and maintain procurement records.
