NRW Civil & Mining in Australia invites graduates to join its 2027 Graduate Program for Civil Engineering. You will gain exposure across civil and infrastructure projects, with site-based 2:1 rosters or project work on a 5:2 roster, plus a temporary Head Office placement.

The program focuses on hands-on experience, technical development and mentoring, enabling you to contribute to project delivery while building your professional skills in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or similar
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment

Responsabilidades

• Assist the site Engineering team with project requirements
• Record and monitor production data, site cost controls and daily reporting
• Ensure works align with project QA requirements
• Support subcontractor management and site coordination
• Assist with planning and delivery of civil works
• Collaborate with operational and project teams
