NRW Holdings is offering a 2027 Graduate Program for Graduate Civil Engineers within the NRW Civil & Mining team. You’ll gain experience across civil and infrastructure projects with both site-based and project-based rotations, including a temporary Head Office placement.

You will develop technical knowledge, on-site experience and a solid understanding of project delivery while working in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or similar discipline
• Site-based vacation placements in civil, infrastructure or mining industries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• The right to permanently work in Australia

Responsabilidades

• Assist the site Engineering team with project requirements
• Record and monitor production data, site cost controls and daily reporting
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project QA requirements
• Support subcontractor management and site coordination
• Assist with the planning and delivery of civil works
• Work collaboratively with operational and project teams
