About the Role

As a Graduate Business Analyst, you'll work closely with senior Business Analysts, project teams and stakeholders across the organisation to support the delivery of technology and business improvement initiatives. You'll gain hands‑on experience gathering and analysing requirements, documenting business processes, supporting testing activities, creating user documentation and working with stakeholders to help deliver effective solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in business analysis while developing an understanding of project delivery, technology platforms and organisational change.

Skills & Requirements

• Recently completed, or due to complete, a degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A genuine interest in technology, systems and business improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Previous internships, part‑time work, university projects or extracurricular involvement will be highly regarded

• You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• You must be based in Sydney or Melbourne (or open to relocating to either locations)
