SJ Group is hiring a Graduate Accountant to join the Finance team in Melbourne. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience across project finance, invoicing, accounts payable, forecasting and financial administration within a collaborative, supportive environment.

You will work with experienced professionals, developing practical accounting skills while gaining insight into how finance supports a project-based engineering business. A recent accounting graduate is ideal.

Qualifications

• Recently completed or near-completed degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue monthly client invoices.
• Support project reviews and quality audits to minimise risk.
• Process creditor invoices and coding.
• Respond to creditor enquiries.
• Assist with budgeting and revenue forecasting.
• Support management reporting and financial administration.
