Job summary

MCS Civil (NSW) Pty Ltd invites applications from experienced grader operators for long-term engagements across our projects in NSW. The role requires operating 12–20T graders with GPS, a strong focus on safety, and reliable attendance. Immediate availability and proven references are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating graders (12–20T).
• Competent in using GPS for finishing grade.
• Punctual and very reliable.
• Available to start immediately.
• Provide tickets and references from previous roles.
• Strong understanding of OH&S principles and practices.
• Current VOC and SOA.
• White Card essential.
• Must have full working rights.

Job description

• Must have minimum 3 Years Experience operating Graders 12 – 20T.
• Must be competent in using GPS have final trim and detailed work experience.
• Be Punctual & Very Reliable
• Ideally be available to start work immediately
• Be able to provide all relevant tickets and references from previous roles
• Will have a strong understanding of OH&S Principles and Practices
• Current VOC and SOA
• White Card Essential
• Must have full working rights
• Please note – you must be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol screening
• MCS Civil operate in a work safe home safe environment.
